1. Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping (Spain): We offer shipping across mainland Spain. Local store pickup is also available and entirely free at our retail branch in Valencia. Shipping rates for delivery are calculated automatically at checkout based on the final destination.
• International Shipping (Europe): We ship to European destinations (including Germany, France, etc.). Please note that due to strict international transport regulations regarding liquids and flammable items (such as perfumes and fragrances), these products are shipped exclusively via Ground/Road Transport to ensure safe delivery.
• Delivery Timelines: Orders shipped within Spain typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Shipments to the rest of Europe usually take 5 to 7 business days, depending on courier schedules.
• Handling & Tracking: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be generated so you can monitor your shipment online.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

• 14-Day Return Guarantee: Under European Union regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind or are unsatisfied.
• Product Eligibility & Condition: For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, products such as perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care items must be completely unused, unopened, and returned in their original, sealed packaging. Items that show signs of use or broken seals will not be eligible for a refund.
• Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged or broken during transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or complete refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees back to our facility in Spain.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our staff, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Google Pay, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
